Firstly, welcome back to you all! I trust you had a wonderful break over Christmas and the New Year, and are all now refreshed and raring to go!
However, the new year does bring with it it’s fair share of sadness. We are sad to see a few departures from the Saunders & Co office here. However, every cloud has a silver lining, and this is where you come into it.
We are looking for TWO friendly and suitably qualified persons to fill the available positions in the role of Beauty & Lifestyle Junior. They are both entry-level, full-time positions, that will be awarded to candidates who show initiative, pro-activity and a strong work ethic. You must also be highly motivated, flexible and a conscientious team player, with initiative to learn and grow in the role. A keen interest in media, current affairs, lifestyle and beauty trends would also prove an asset. One position is working with our award-winning Proctor & Gamble division whilst the other available position is working with our Beauty & Lifestyle division.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of media & brand databases
- Assisting the team with media & product launch events
- Preparation of media releases & press kits
- Management of media product requests
- Management of brand’s media stock levels
- Monitoring of the media for brand editorial coverage
- Preparation of editorial coverage reports
- General office support
With all those responsibilities, we would expect the ability to multi-task to come naturally to you, whilst also maintaining a keen eye for attention to detail.
